Let me 1st start by bringing attention to the fact that there are plenty pf students across the globe who for some reason are denied of fullfilling their dreams with Education, here i present a layout which will allow each student who is dedicated to Knoweldge & Education while having the courage to start a fresh will be benefited while Dell can also

2]Increase in Work Force, Obtain a set of New Generation Leaders who will be exposed to the work as well as culture of Asia, Europe & USA,
3] a chance for Dell to grow with New Cleints & Partnerships
4] Global Goodwill & Much More..

The below can also be implemented via the Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate Citizenship program of Dell.

Being from India the below best fits the Indian Environment but parallels can be made for other places keeping in mind the key factors of the area in consideration.

The university that I know can provide this best education are:- 1] Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, USA [www.erau.edu <http: /> ] for its globally famous Engineering Physics degree. 2] INSEAD for its management degree [www.insead.edu] Here is how the project can be implemented in India 1] A call for all the students who are currently doing their engineering but have attempted the IIT-JEE can be called to local DELL office in place like Bangalore, Mysore etc., on weekend. The proof / document that the student needs to produce to enroll to become part of this project can be - IIT-JEE Registration Booklet OR - IIT-JEE Admit Card OR - IIT-JEE Performance Card Similar such criteria can be set for students in US, Australia & other places wherever DELL have their campus. 2] The student who becomes a part of this project can be provided with a Refresher / Foundation course until the CBSE 12th portion so as to make strong their basics for the world best education. The Refresher / Foundation course can be done in such a manner that it builds the entrepreneurship sprit in the student by allowing them to device or experiment with a method of learning that is being tested for its implementation at schools & other learning institutions across the world. The method selected while depending on individual student choice will vary from the School-in-Box to Learning-by-Example method being created by leaders in Artificial Intelligence. The exchange of talks & views between the students & the creator of the model will also help a lot in the growth & development of the students. The Refresher / Foundation course can be carried out for a span of 3 months after which the students can be inducted in the Engineering Physics degree from ERAU & the Refresher / Foundation course can be charged at Rs 10,000 per student. The education scenario of ERAU & INSEAD can be arranged such that 1] The students have a mode of completing their Engineering Physics degree in a time span of 6 semesters so as to ensure that there is not much loss of time & this can be done as all the students will have a mid-way engineering background. 2] The students can 1st obtain their degree from ERAU & then alone proceed to INSEAD 3] The students will be allowed to choose some course outside the set Engineering Physics portion of but taught at ERAU 4] The 1st semester or rather the 1st year can be conducted at the IISc campus Bangalore, India so all students from across the globe will be brought to India. 5] The 2nd year onwards the students can be allowed to join ERAU campus. * THE MAIN THING THAT SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR IS THAT THE ABOVE IS A GLOBAL INITIATIVE TO PROVIDE A OPPORTUNITY TO STUDENTS FROM ACROSS THE GLOBE WITHOUT ANY BARRIER OF CAST, CREED OR RELIGON & HENCE THE STUDENTS WILL BE PAYING THEIR OWN FEE TO BOTH ERAU & INSEAD. DELL can however develop easy loans on the basis that these student on completion of their education will work for DELL for a minimum stipulated time of 10 to 15 years or if they start a venture it will be in a client or partnership relation to DELL. What the above when implemented will provide to DELL 1] A global talent pool who will be well educated with both technical as well as management skills to head any division of DELL 2] By reading in Asia [1st year engineering at IISc Bangalore campus], ERAU USA & INSEAD France the students will be well exposed to the working culture in all these place & will be able to implement the best also as they will understand the different culture which will help in the development of new ideas among them. It will also make the students to co-exist removing all barriers of growing racism world over which is spreading into workplace too. 3] DELL develops better links with the professors at IISc, ERAU & INSEAD which might be very useful in future to improve the work culture & take DELL to the next level. 4] As this will be the 1st such project taken by any corporate organization it will bring plenty of GOODWILL for the organization & again make it the dream company of many people 5] As the project can be implemented at the Global scale it provides all opportunities for DELL to develop better relationship with the Governments mainly India, France & that of USA which can be made use to obtain plenty of Govt. based projects. Growth of DELL by the start of New Ventures The students who are part of the above project can also be allowed to choose a Global Entrepreneur who will act as their mentor & be allowed to establish a contact with so the student & that Global Entrepreneur can mix their ideas & start a New Venture which will have a Client or a Partnership relation with DELL thus adding to the global growth of DELL. Also once the venture is started the student can be given a position of non- executive director or something & similar position can be taken by the people on the board of DELL to make stronger bonds between the 2 companies.
Extra to Drive home the above project by Dell in India:-
1] The students who are part of this project in place like Bangalore etc., where DELL have their office can be provided with a health program which can consist of -> Height growth stretching exercise : Will mainly promote all around body development -> Sri Sri Yoga & Kriya by Art of Living [in Bangalore this can be conducted by Sri Sri Ravishankar`s sister] -> Some martial arts training : Helps in making strong the mind body coordination -> Running & Cycling : while running will streamline the body teaching each student to cycle will promote DELL as a eco-friendly organization doing their bit to spread global warming awareness -> On weekends the student can be taken to the Art of Living campus to have 1 to 1 interaction with Sri Sri Ravishankar himself. -> Interested students can learn or otherwise use it as a counseling session which can be conducted by GIL BOYNE [http://www.gil-boyne.com/ <http: /> ]– this can be done in a class or individual basis as the need may be. The above all can be done at the DELL campus & the students can be provided free pick up & drop free of charge by the bus plying in places where DELL have their campus however each student can be charged Rs 15,000 for the whole program wherein they can be supplied with gym clothes as well as cycle. The schedule can be charted out such that its carried out between 5 am to 10 am in the morning. Any excess charge that is there can be coupled along with the students fee for the university which will be financed by DELL in return of the above written agreement by the student. 2] Students can be provided with a teaching in Vedic Math which is undertaken by Art of Living, a separate charge for this can be collected from the students. Spread of DELL in the Indian society :-
A survey of the neighborhood of the student who is a part of this project can be done covering all building including work places & houses obtaining data the basic data on a individual basis like Name, Age, Home town, Education, Work experience, Mobile number, email id, photo & their signature after which it can be given to the student who is a part of this project. Here the email id can be made a must for in India most have mobile but not email hence the student who is part of this project can select 1 person from a place to come & create an email id for them which can be provided by the in-house bloging division of DELL. The student can also be allowed to select a person from his neighborhood who will act as his local contact apart from his/ her family when away for on campus education. Also a detailed list can be made consisting of data that tells the Social Welfare organization that any person in the neighborhood is associated to & the nature of work it does & the student who is a part of this project can have a short stint in them & see how DELL can help in their performing better when aided. This will not only ensure goodwill for DELL but also ensure that the grants made by DELL will be made the best use off.
The DELL FOUNDATION trustee paying monthly visit to all charitable foundation , NGO & healthcare units as well as some way to run down educational institution in the area [eg: visit the above mentioned places in Jayanagar] from where the students in Bangalore hail from will be of high benefit to DELL in the spread of Goodwill while creating a great impression on the minds of the people & give pride to the current people at DELL.
Another add-on to the whole program can be that each student can be allowed to choose a in house mentor – a DELL employee will improve the public relationship of DELL. Also the students can be allowed to take a autographed snap with the founders of DELL which they will treasure forever.
This will help in developing better relation in the society for the student & will benefit DELL by 1] The student can suggest people to work for DELL 2] The student can make a group from the people in the neighborhood & carry on small works under the Corporate Social Responsibility division of DELL & thus keep the name of the organization alive in peoples mind as well as increase its goodwill. 3] The student can also act as a local agent to gather more ideas for new ventures which can be started Sir most of these ideas came out as a result of my interaction with 2 distance engineering students in Bangalore, India & hence request you to send doubts to me so that I can clarify them for the smooth implementation of the above project as all it needs will be DELL getting into a agreement with ERAU & INSEAD. Sir here if I might be bold enough I would like it a lot if some one from DELL or by DELL FOUNDATION either at DELL FOUNDATION or the above mentioned address where the students can be asked to come & then all the doubts can be cleared with the face to face, this so for as they are still students & distance engineering ones at that they will be more at ease either at the foundation or the above given address rather then the corporate DELL office. I would also like to request that it would be best if the DELL FOUNDATION trustee could take some time off to look into this matter with at-most attention & least publicity. The place Sri Venkateshwara Educational Trust by itself will also be very useful as a place to gather the student data & process them.
Sir the Education which I seek ERAU & INSEAD will make certain that the leaders produced can head any division at DELL & produce a bright feature too it while in their starting a joint venture between DELL & a Global Entrepreneur will most certainly add to the global image & growth of DELL. Sir I also have some ideas wherein a new dimension can be added to the company by spreading AIDS awareness mainly in place where its much needed as in India. Sir since i have provided a medium via which the student from whom i have obtaned to main core parts of the IDEAs & presented before you so i shall be most greatful if the immediate needed action is taken even if it means the presence of a top Dell official in Bangalore, India to have a interaction with the student so as to clear all the doubts & have a smooth as well as quick implementation of the above, this i ask for sir not because i do not have faith in the Indian officials of Dell but for my thinking that the direct involvement of a top official from Dell will have the above turned into a project & implemented at the earliest without any further delays which can otherwise be avoided.
