First, please fix the sign in process. It keeps trying to take me to Premier signin. Second fix the my account main page. Remove the pretty chick picture. Doesn't help. Squish all the rarely used options like shopping, account settings into one small menu and make the my support page the main page. Reduce the number of pages I have to go through to get to the real information. And last - My Order doesn't include the XPS 630 that I have on the way. I have to keep going back to the multiple emails Dell has sent me about the order.

Dell, stop trashing about adding new gimicks and focus on the core business. Selling and supporting computers over the internet. Fix the website.

Apr 24		 Specifically, I'd like Dell do get rid of the login box that appears in front of the web page (actually a box with CSS position:fixed). This makes my web browser *very* slow, and doesn't give me any benefit in return.
