Industrial Grade Laptops

I work in energy consultancy in industrial environments. I have to use a laptop by [sometimes upon] industrial equipment. Industrial environments feature vibrations, high temperatures, dirt and magnetic fields. Also, when you're walking down the aisle you can't type, but take notes instead.

These being the requirements, I'd love to have a 13" tablet computer with a sturdy easy-to-clean screen cover, XP (hate Vista... I'd really prefer linux, but windows is the standard here as well), SSD disk (to withstand vibrations), wristband (for portability), loaded with audio (memo-taking) applications, handwriting recognition and graphic memo pad.
