It should be possible to design a completely fanless heat dissipation solution for laptops based on these, and I for one would find the reduced noise extremely desirable. This would not require any outlandish water-cooling, rather the power is low enough to rely just on convection, or simply distribute the heat through an alloy case for the laptop. Dell, please make a totally fanless laptop.
