Screen Brightness/Position/Contrast Dial

Create a dial, much like the volume dial on a laptop, to control the position, brightness, and contrast of the display screen on a laptop and flat panel - similar to the dial that was on CRT moniters.

Jun 30		 This is a great idea. I think this would be a great feature for when I'm using my laptop in a dimly lit environment.

Jun 30		 Press the Fn key with the up or down arrow to change the brightness on any dell laptop.
Why would you want to change the position of the screen anyways?
