How about creating a web site to allow users to post what their feedbacks on what they have purchased? For example, they may post what's the configuration of the laptops they purchased? How is the performance of the laptops? Does it meet their expectations? What are the recomendations on top of what they had purchased?

Benefits:

* Users can share their ideas/designs of their goods.

* Dell will learn the trends of what users want most.

* Let the customers help potential customers.
