How IdeaStorm Works:
Consolidate ideas in dellideastorm 133 points posted to IdeaStorm by msexpert 02/21/07 when posting an idea, separate it into two steps. First step to enter idea title. Search by keywords in idea title to see if similar posts are already in place, show them to poster, and alow poster to add comments and a vote, otherwise let the poster enter his idea description. This way you will get true ranking of ideas.
