Award individual customers for long term customer loyalty. The more they buy through Dell, the more points they get for discounts toward future purchases. Give them more points if they buy online and use online tech support tools.

I am one who has always appreciated and looked-for long-term relationships. Loyalty is one quality I hope to GIVE and appreciate receiving. So, it makes sense that a business that plans for long-term success would understand loyalty to BOTH its EMPLOYEES _and_ its customers.

I highly respect any business that VALUES its own STAFF. Without your staff, you cannot possibly succeed. Without an understanding of human value, I hope no business DOES succeed. Any success without it is truly very hollow.

Stick to fundamental principles of human value, in ALL your dealings, and I believe you WILL be successful. It MUST work both ways: employees respecting their EMPLOYER and both understanding the value of customers. Eventually, it all comes down to each individual.
