Dell List the Error Codes from the Dell Diag. CD

Dell List what the Error Codes from the Dell Diag. CD mean so your customers can identify what it wrong with their systems without having to call and go through at least 2 people to get the meaning of a code. Most phone support techs do NOT have the look up table (call and find out if you don't believe me) even though the manager above them states they do as they read off what the code means, yea I take up to get the answer to this.

07/08/07		 you are right, very few Dell techs have the codes. another idea could be for Dell to make sure their people have every tool necessary to effectivly troubleshoot problems

07/08/07		 Ok, first of all are you saying this Doesn't work or you say it should be improved? Ok well i think Dell should put the same programs as Hp on their systems Pc-Doctor is finds all programs No CD's And etc.... i think it would be good....

07/09/07		 From the Dell Support pages, enter your puters serial number and then go to the downloads section, select the Dell Diag for your system, you'll have to download the iso and cut your own CD (assuming you don't have the CD already).
