Dell Don't go using Carbon Credits instead of actually reducing the carbon foot print of your company..

If most people don't know what the difference would be (well at least I don't), where's the advantage to Dell? I don't really care for the environment.

Well if you use then in place of actually not producing extra carbon emissions you're not really being green but paying to avoid it. In a nutshell a company can buy Carbon Credits to offset their carbon production to save face on the pollution front, the companies buying carbon credits are not reducing their carbon emissions, only paying to avoid being a bad guy.

Jorge- Dell has enough ideas, certificates, projects and upcoming events that Keep Dell to "stand out from the crowd".....
about this carbon credits?...need to research on..
Meanwhile if you have comments, I request you to post it here so that I work on it for ideas plzzz;)
