My rep does not have the latest laptop to show me while he is visiting

Every time my Dell rep visits he has a pathetic old laptop. Every time he visits Dell has the opportunity to show me their latest as well as provide me with a direct source of knowledge. Every time my Dell reps show up and telsl me about how dumb it is that they have to wait so long for a laptop it makes me wonder about your bottom line, your judgement and future.

My last rep lived in a house with 2 front doors, a 4 car garage and it is on a golf course near Boulder. Just pointing out he isn't hurting for money. Cut his pay enough per year for a new laptop. Or give him a new laptop. Or give parts of bonuses as hardware.
This is such a small thing for you to upgrade every year. Lease laptops internally to your sales? You figure it out. If the new line is out, my rep should have that hot new laptop of choice in his hands before he enters my cardswipey door.
