Dell needs to fix the Dell outlet so you don't need to call to make a purchase Dell Web Site, Sales Strategies submitted by ward733 May 21 I remember the day when i had some available credit on my prefered accpont and brouseing the outlet i find a great deal.. I select the item, go through the checkout proceedures then... what! call this number to use your prefered account between 7 am and 7 pm... O.K. Its 7:30 p.m. I try back at 7 a. m. and someone has already purchased the system.. It was so much easyer to make your own purchase and when you want to..
